Shake well. Spray 3–5 pumps onto the lower abdomen, lower back, or any area you wish to focus on. Gently massage into the skin.

The tingling sensation you may feel is due to the magnesium in BISH being absorbed through the skin. This is a normal response for some users, especially if your skin is not accustomed to topical magnesium. The sensation usually subsides after a few minutes. If the tingling persists or becomes uncomfortable, rinse the area with water and reduce the frequency of application.
BISH can be sprayed on the abdominal area, the back, or any areas of tension. Additionally, for a more relaxing night's sleep, you can spray it around your belly button or on the soles of your feet. Gently massage the spray into the skin until it’s fully absorbed if preferred. For external use only.
