1. Damaged or Defective Products

At Got Bish, we take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of charge.

To qualify for a replacement:
- You must notify us of the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence showing the damage or defect of the product. This should include:
  - Photos of the damaged product from different angles.
  - A photo of your driver's license or valid ID next to the damaged product to confirm your identity.
- Please do not return smashed glass or broken items; we only require photos and identification for damaged or defective products.

Replacement Process:
1. Contact us via email at info@gotbish.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a photo of your driver’s license or ID next to the product.
3. Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Refunds are not available for damaged or defective items, only replacements.


2. Shipping Costs for Returns

- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
