Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

• Free standard shipping on all bundle purchases
• $10 flat rate standard shipping on all single-item purchases
• $15 flat rate express shipping (optional at checkout)

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

There are no additional charges based on parcel weight beyond what is shown at checkout.

Delivery is available within Australia only.

Delivery Time

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Standard shipping and express shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or the courier service used.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your Products to be delivered from the date of dispatch within Australia.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors outside of our control.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am AEDT Monday to Friday on the same business day. Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post or the courier, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the carrier. For tracking enquiries, please visit www.auspost.com.au and quote your tracking number.

Changing Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at info@gotbish.com.au and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes are included in your order total. We ship within Australia only, so no international duties or taxes apply.
